Votre mission :

As the Program Manager dedicated to the electric battery adhesives market, you will lead the conception, design, development, prototyping, and industrialization of adhesive solutions for battery cell and module components and assemblies.

More specifically, your responsibilities are:

• Lead the design and development of pressure-sensitive adhesive products for EV battery applications.
• Select materials and collaborate with suppliers to source and develop components.
• Support prototype builds and ensure product validation through component and material testing.
• Act as a technical interface between Adhex development teams and customers, from project initiation through product launch.
• Collaborate closely with customer plants and engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical and production requirements.
• Provide technical support to Adhex teams regarding product use, specifications, and testing.
• Monitor product performance and conduct technology watch activities within the EV battery segment.

Votre profil :

You have a master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least five years of professional experience in the development, manufacture, or testing of battery cells or modules.

You have an excellent understanding of battery cell/module design and production processes, including equipment and software.

You have practical experience in the assembly and testing procedures for battery components.

You are recognized for your skills in project coordination, reporting, and cross-functional team management.

You have good communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex technical topics both internally and externally.

You have a good command of English and French (spoken and written) and MS Office tools.

You are motivated, rigorous, and a good team player.
