Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Business Continuity Planning Consultant H/F pour accompagner la définition, la mise en ?uvre et le pilotage du dispositif.

  • Concevoir et déployer un BCMS global adapté à un environnement international multi-sites et multi-métiers.
  • Structurer la gouvernance de la continuité d?activité (rôles, responsabilités, comités, indicateurs).
  • Réaliser les analyses d?impact métier (BIA) et les analyses de risques associées.
  • Définir et formaliser les stratégies de continuité et de reprise d?activité (PCA / PRA).
  • Mettre en place un cycle de tests, exercices et amélioration continue du dispositif.

Profil candidat:

  • Expérience confirmée (5?10 ans+) dans la mise en place et le pilotage de dispositifs de continuité d?activité en environnement corporate / grands groupes.

  • Maîtrise des référentiels et bonnes pratiques de Business Continuity Management

Expérience significative en :

  • Réalisation de BIA et analyses de risques.

  • Définition de stratégies de continuité et élaboration de PCA / PRA.

  • Mise en place de gouvernance et d?indicateurs BCMS.

  • Organisation et pilotage de tests / exercices.

  • Expérience en environnement international : travail avec plusieurs pays, cultures et fuseaux horaires, reporting en anglais.

  • Très bonne capacité à animer des ateliers et à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés (métiers, IT, risk management, sécurité, direction).

  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet : planification, coordination, gestion des parties prenantes, suivi des jalons sur une durée longue.

  • Excellente capacité rédactionnelle (politiques, procédures, comptes rendus, présentations de synthèse).

  • Niveau d?anglais professionnel courant, écrit et oral.

  • Autonomie forte, capacité à structurer et faire avancer un sujet transversal sur le long terme.

  • Pédagogie et orientation ?change management? pour embarquer les équipes.

  • Leadership d?influence sans lien hiérarchique direct.

  • Rigueur, sens du détail et de la traçabilité.

  • Capacité de synthèse et de vulgarisation pour les instances de direction.

  • Esprit collaboratif, posture de conseil, sens du service client.

  • Résilience, gestion du stress et des priorités, notamment en cas d?incidents réels.
