Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Designer, based in Paris with flexibility for remote work. The Product Designer will contribute to the design and user experience for Pelico's platform by creating aesthetically pleasing and functional visual designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking principles. The role involves end-to-end product design responsibilities, including crafting intuitive interfaces and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional user journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Visual Design and the ability to create compelling user interfaces
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and the ability to apply them to solve complex design challenges
  • Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to gather insights and translate them into user-friendly solutions
  • Proven expertise in Product Design with a user-centered approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued
  • Experience in designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and solve complex user and business problems
