Naboo is looking for its future Legal Intern to support its growth.
You will play a key role… ensuring Naboo's legal compliance in all the countries where the company operates.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, Legal & HR, here are the responsibilities you will take on:
Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements (e.g., NDAs, supplier agreements, client contracts).
Assist in maintaining and organizing Naboo's contract management database.
Support regulatory filings and documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Assist with GDPR compliance and other relevant data protection regulations.
Assist in preparing legal documents for board meetings and investor relations.
Contribute to developing and improving internal legal processes and workflows.
Assist in creating templates, policies, and procedures for legal and compliance activities.
Work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, and HR to provide legal guidance and support.
Assist in legal training sessions for internal teams.
