Assistant(e) Staff Housing Manager (H/F)
passionné(e), organisé(e) et attentif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe dédiée au bien-être de nos collaborateurs logés.
Votre Rôle
Véritable ambassadeur(rice) des valeurs Four Seasons auprès des saisonniers logés, vous veillez à ce que nos standards soient respectés et que chaque collaborateur bénéficie d'un cadre de vie harmonieux, sécurisé et en phase avec notre culture d'entreprise.
Vos Missions Principales
Gestion opérationnelle des logements
- Préparer les chambres et accueillir les collaborateurs logés.
- Assurer le suivi des états des lieux et des inventaires.
- Répondre aux demandes et besoins en hébergement.
Sécurité et conformité
- Garantir le respect du règlement intérieur.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de sécurité et les managers opérationnels.
- Maintenir un cadre de vie sain et sécurisé.
Coordination et maintenance
- Planifier les interventions techniques et suivre les réparations.
- Gérer les approvisionnements et équipements nécessaires.
Expérience collaborateur
- Organiser des événements internes pour créer un climat convivial.
- Être à l'écoute et attentif(ve) aux besoins des collaborateurs.
- Promouvoir notre culture et notre Règle d'Or : « Traitez les autres comme vous aimeriez être traité ».
Profil Recherché
- Expérience en hôtellerie ou dans la gestion de résidences/logements.
- Sens de l'écoute, empathie et diplomatie.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles.
- Autonomie, rigueur, sens des responsabilités et de l'esprit d'équipe.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau intermédiaire minimum).
- Permis B obligatoire et véhicule personnel requis.
