En tant que Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, vous serez responsable du développement et de la gestion d'un portefeuille clients à l'international. Vos missions incluent :

  • Développement du portefeuille clients grands comptes internationaux (70%)

  • Gestion du portefeuille et de la relation client (30%) : Identifier les besoins des clients, proposer des solutions adaptées et assurer un suivi constant de la satisfaction client.

  • Support technique et fonctionnel : Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour garantir le bon déploiement des solutions proposées.

  • Analyse de performance : Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs)

  • Upsell : développer de nouveaux pays ou BU au sein des clients existants.
