As AI becomes central to our long-term strategy, we are strengthening our leadership capability. We are seeking a
Senior AI Strategy & Enablement Lead;
a people-focused, strategic driver who will work closely with our Head of AI to scale the impact of data and AI across the organisation.This is not a purely technical role. It is a leadership position at the intersection of
strategy, people, and applied AI
.

Your Role:

You will shape and drive the company's AI strategy, ensuring it is clearly defined, embedded into the business, and successfully adopted by teams.Partnering with the CTO and Head of AI, you will act as the
strategic and cultural leader for AI
, enabling teams, aligning stakeholders, and turning vision into execution.

What You'll Do:

• Own and evolve the company-wide
  AI strategy
• Translate scientific and business priorities into structured AI roadmaps
• Act as a senior partner to leadership on AI-driven transformation
• Build alignment, trust, and collaboration across data, science, and engineering teams
• Mentor and enable team members to increase maturity and impact
• Champion a data- and AI-driven culture across the organisation

What You Bring:

• 8–10+ years in data science, AI, or advanced analytics
• Proven experience defining and driving AI strategy at organisational level
• Strong emotional intelligence and people leadership skills
• Ability to influence across technical, scientific, and executive stakeholders
• Solid technical foundation (ML, modelling, data platforms) to partner credibly with engineering leaders
• Experience in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries is a strong advantage

Package:

• €65,000 – €75,000 base salary
• Monthly bonus (cash or additional leave)
• Profit sharing & stock options

Lyon, France | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
