We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team.

Job Description
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives in a fast-paced technology company. This role ensures seamless executive operations by managing schedules, communications, and priorities while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive initiatives
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs as required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
• Experience in a technology or fast-paced environment preferred

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $70,000 - $80,000.
