We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Data & Analytics Product Owner
to act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) and strategic business partner. Within Bel's
Data
team and reporting to the
Head of Analytics & AI Products
, you will play a key role in defining and delivering analytics and advanced analytics products for the
Supply Chain
domain. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the value and relevance of data solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the roadmap for Analytics and Advanced Analytics products in the Supply Chain domain.
• Gather and challenge business requirements from Supply teams. Organize and lead workshops to align projects with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Data Governance, Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams to ensure consistency and quality in delivered solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications to DE & BI teams through uses stories.
• Ensure the delivery of his/her projects and products in line with the defined domain roadmap. Contribute to BI modeling (schemas, KPIs, cubes, dashboards). Ensure the testing and the quality of the delivered solution.
• Spot opportunities to integrate advanced analytics and artificial intelligence innovations into Supply use cases.
• Measure product performance (usage, business impact).

Desired Profile
Technical Skills

• Basics in SQL and Power Bi modelisation
• Familiarity with data environments (ETL, data lake, cloud).
• Awareness of data science and AI topics
• Knowledge in Product Management and Agile Delivery
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes. Ability to translate business needs into data solutions.

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified way to non-technical stakeholders.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.

Education And Experience

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in data, product management, or project management.
