Job Opportunity: Country Manager UK & Nordics (FMCG)

Birmingham, UK (Hybrid – several remote days per week)

Travel:
Regular travel within the UK, France, and the Nordics

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious
Country Manager UK & Nordics
to lead our commercial development in this strategic region. This role is ideal for a young, high‑potential talent with strong expertise in
FMCG
, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to operate in complex retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive commercial strategy and growth across the UK and Nordic markets
• Manage relationships with major national retailers and key partners
• Lead negotiation processes and develop win‑win agreements
• Implement category management initiatives to improve performance and visibility
• Coach teams on sales excellence: objection handling, sales techniques, account planning
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Ensure operational alignment with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance)

Profile Requirements

• Strong experience in
  FMCG
  sales or account management
• Solid knowledge of the main UK retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, etc.)
• Proven skills in negotiation, category management, and managing complex accounts
• Ability to navigate multicultural and fast‑paced environments
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Proactive, driven, and results‑oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (French or a Nordic language is a plus)
