Lyon, France (Hybrid)

At Enzo, we support researchers in life science across the globe to achieve their next great discoveries. And now, we are looking for you We are on the hunt for a Customer Support Specialist who loves helping people, thrives on variety, and brings positive energy to every interaction.

Your Mission

As the first point of contact for customers, the Customer Support Specialist will interact with customers to answer technical enquiries across a wide range of products, process orders, provide timely and accurate information in response to inquiries such as product availability and order status, and serve as a support liaison to the company's customers.

What You'll Do

Customer Support:

  • Process orders as they arrive and pro-actively update the customer
  • Assist with customer inquiries including availability, complaints, documentation, and pricing
  • Increase customer satisfaction and transaction profitability via cross-selling and up-selling
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Sales, Shipping, and Technical Support
  • Keep records spotless in our CRM/ERP systems
  • Bring fresh ideas to improve processes and make life easier for our customers

Technical Support:

  • Provide first-line technical support by phone and email
  • Help customers navigate product documentation, datasheets, and protocols
  • Coordinate with internal scientific experts for more advanced inquiries
  • Guide customers toward the right Enzo products and solutions based on their research needs
  • Gain a good understanding of ELS product offering and value propositions
  • Maintain knowledge of scientific advancements in a variety of research fields

What You Bring

  • Clear, friendly, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Attention to detail, confidence with digital tools, and strong organization
  • Last but not least, a genuine desire to help the scientific community
