Calvados Export Area Manager

The Mission
As part of our global growth strategy, the partner of Calvados Academy, Spirit France, is seeking an Export Area Manager to champion our products of excellence on the world stage. You will be responsible for expanding our international footprint by recruiting new distributors and scaling existing market operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute commercial policies across your assigned export zone.
Network Expansion: Prospect, negotiate with, and onboard new international importers and distributors.
Brand Advocacy: Represent the group at major global trade fairs and industry events.
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate with leadership to define brand growth plans.
Portfolio Management: Manage annual budgets, A&P spend, and product launches to ensure profitability.
Your Profile
Experience: 2+ years of proven success in export sales within the Wine & Spirits industry.
Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) in International Trade or a related field.
Skills: Strong negotiator with professional fluency in English and a multicultural mindset.
Mobility: Requires regular international travel; Driver's License and vehicle are mandatory.
The Offer
Type: Full-time, Permanent (CDI) based in Reux (14).
Package: Fixed salary + performance-based variable, profit-sharing, and premium benefits.
