Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our innovative product management team at Symphony Communications. This role is ideal for someone looking to build knowledge of financial services who already has a background in product management and/or software development.

Responsibilities

  • Become an active member of the team and work with the senior product managers to help to define the product strategy for Market Solutions
  • Plan and execute enhancement projects in conjunction with the senior product manager
  • Work with sales and client facing teams on product implementations where required
  • Work with the AI Model Development team to deliver improvements to our AI products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure product objectives are met.
  • Participate in agile development processes as a hands-on Product Manager embedded in the scrum team.
  • Help to track product performance metrics and leverage insights for strategic planning and improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including customers and external partners, to gather feedback and promote adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ experience in product management roles within enterprise technologies.
  • Ideally experience in managing product lifecycles from inception to market launch and beyond.
  • Good technical background, ideally with good working knowledge of cloud based software solutions
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with remote teams across London, New York and Vietnam.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
