La division Retail (vente au détail) de MICHAEL KORS est un réseau composé de plus de 30 magasins Outlet, 80 magasins Lifestyle, 100 concessions/boutiques dans 21 pays européens, et qui ne cesse de se développer. Notre équipe Retail au sein de la région EMEA est passionnée, motivée, multiculturelle et dotée d'un formidable esprit international.
Qui vous êtes :
Passionnés de mode et à la recherche d'un environnement en constante évolution, nos adjoints aux responsables des ventes sont des Ambassadeurs MK, qui incarnent la vision de Michael. Il incombe à nos Ambassadeurs d'offrir une expérience d'exception aux clients et, en tant que membres de l'équipe, ils adoptent une approche positive des défis et font preuve de rapidité, d'énergie et d'optimisme.
Ce que vous ferez :
· En tant qu'Ambassadeur MK, vous dirigerez par l'exemple, en veillant à ce que les clients vivent une expérience exceptionnelle afin de les fidéliser et de les inciter à revenir.
· Vous maintiendrez la communication avec les clients grâce à l'utilisation de tous les outils et applications dédiés au clienteling disponibles.
· Vous assurerez une présence au niveau de la surface de vente et des stocks.
· Vous établirez et entretiendrez une bonne communication avec les membres de l'équipe de direction afin de stimuler les performances du magasin.
· Vous utiliserez les packs de Connaissance des produits pour devenir un(e) expert(e) de la vente et conseiller nos clients avec passion et confiance.
· Vous comprendrez les résultats commerciaux et les opportunités d'affaires afin de stimuler les ventes.
Vous devez faire preuve :
· D'enthousiasme à l'idée de travailler dans un environnement de vente au détail en rapide évolution, et vous avez une expérience de la vente.
· D'aptitude et de désir de collaborer et d'inspirer tous les autres membres de l'équipe qui travaillent ensemble pour obtenir des résultats.
· De maîtrise de la technologie, avoir des connaissances et savoir utiliser la technologie pour stimuler les ventes et améliorer l'expérience des clients.
· De maîtrise de la langue locale de préférence et avoir de solides compétences en matière de communication.
