At Steerlab, our mission is to empower PreSales teams to win more deals. We do so by automating their response processes to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), Security Questionnaires and other vendor questionnaires with AI.

By leveraging fine-tuned language models and Multi-Modal agentic AI systems, we provide factual answers, elevate writing quality, and deliver actionable insights that significantly increase win rates. We aim to transform tedious workflows into efficient, automated, and insightful experiences, allowing our customers to focus on securing deals rather than doing busywork.

We are at an exciting stage of our journey. We've secured funding from top-tier VCs and esteemed business angels from Europe and US positioning us to elevate our company to the next level.

We're part of the Future40 (top 40 startups out of 1000) Station F program in Paris, the largest startup campus in the world.

TL;DR

You'll work directly with the CEO to help
shape, execute, and scale
the company's strategy.

This is a
hands-on role
: you'll jump between growth, operations, hiring, product, often switching contexts throughout the day.

Your core mission

Support the CEO on strategic and operational initiatives to accelerate Steerlab's growth:

• Strategy & Market
  : Conduct competitive analyses, benchmark the market, and identify growth opportunities.
• Growth, Sales & RevOps
  : Support outbound and inbound initiatives, build dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and identify ways to optimize revenue processes.
• Marketing & Brand
  : Contribute to content creation, social media strategy, and brand positioning.
• Talent & Recruiting
  : Help identify, source, and onboard top talent.
• Operations
  : Build and automate internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• CEO Support & Admin
  : Manage priorities, coordinate meetings, handle administrative tasks, and prepare documents or follow-ups to give back time to the CEO.

It's a 360° role. You'll act as the CEO's right hand, helping turn ideas into execution.
