Position: Investment Banking – Analyst Intern (Technology)

Contract: 6-months internship starting in July 2026

Investment Banking Department

We are currently recruiting interns to support the growing activity of our Technology Investment Banking Department in two of our teams:

1) Software

2) Climate and Industrial Tech

Duties & Responsibilities

The intern's work will include:

· Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies

· Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books

· Performing company's financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)

· Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking)

· Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor's lists, etc.

Stifel seeks accomplished students with strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills.
