L'application programme des routines 100% personnalisées grâce à un test de mobilité. Elle est déjà adoptée par 1,6 millions de sportifs.Mission principaleConcevoir et produire des visuels impactants et cohérents avec l'identité de marque, à destination des supports digitaux (réseaux sociaux, site web, campagnes marketing), en formats statiques et animés.ResponsabilitésGraphisme (cœur du poste)Création de visuels statiques pour :Réseaux sociaux (posts, stories, ads)Site web & landing pagesEmails marketingSupports internes (présentations, documents)Déclinaison de campagnes existantes sur plusieurs formatsCollaboration avec l'équipe marketing / produit pour comprendre les objectifsMotion design & vidéo (fort plus)Création de contenus animés courts :Reels / Ads / Stories animéesAnimations de visuels existantsMontage vidéo simple à intermédiaire :Ajout de texte, transitions, sous-titresRythme adapté aux réseaux sociauxAnimation de pictos, typographies, UI simplesCompétences requisesHard skills (obligatoires)Excellente maîtrise deLa suite Adobe : Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere (ou Final Cut). Une connaissance d'XD est un plus.FigmaCapacité à produire vite sans sacrifier la qualitéCompréhension des formats pour réseaux sociaux (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).Force de proposition dans les propositions créatives.La maîtrise de l'anglais écrit est un plus.Soft skillsSens du détail, de la composition et de la cohérence visuelleAutonomie et rigueurCapacité à intégrer des feedbacksOrganisation et respect des deadlinesCréativité au service de l'objectif marketingCapacité à traduire une intention marketing en création claire et lisibleCompréhension des enjeux de performance et de lisibilité des contenusCompréhension des enjeux de message, de hiérarchisation de l'information et de lisibilitéTraduction de messages marketing en visuels clairs, cohérents et impactantsProfil recherchéFormation en design graphique, communication visuelle ou équivalentPortfolio obligatoire (statiques + animés)2–4 ans d'expérience appréciés (ou profil très solide en junior)Sensibilité branding / produit / sport & bien-être est un plusProcess de RecrutementPremier entretien de présentation éventuel.Tests graphiques et entretien de restitution.Entretien final avec les fondateurs.Contrat : CDI, Temps pleinLocalisation : Quartier millénaire à Montpellier (télétravail 1J/semaine possible)Avantages : PEE/PERCO 3x, Ticket Resto, Mutuelle, Chèques vacances, Café gratuit, Accès Salle de sport 600m2Equipe : Jeune et dynamique Chiens (
