Hexa (eFounders) is a pioneer and leading startup studio born in Europe that designs, builds and launches startups in the B2B and SaaS space.

We have created more than 35+ companies (including 3 unicorns), combining +230 m€ ARR and having raised c. 750 m€. Our portfolio includes : Front, Aircall, Spendesk, Yousign, etc.

We're now launching a new initiative to finance and support existing startups:

Today, many founders are already building promising startups — but without the right capital, peers, or guidance, too many stall before they truly take off.

At Hexa Sprint, we're on a mission to change that: we back founders who've already started building, helping them accelerate from 1→ 10.

We believe that early teams deserve the same unfair advantages as studio-born startups — expertise, network, and rhythm — to move faster and smarter.

We do this by investing €500k as their first check, surrounding them with sector experts and a tight cohort of peers, and giving them access to Hexa's collective playbooks from 50+ companies.

Our ambition is simple: turn great beginnings into exceptional companies.

About the role

Working alongside Guillaume, founding Partner of Hexa Sprint's European Defense, you'll help run our acceleration program — from scouting startups to supporting the cohort.

You'll dive deep into the startup studio world, learning how we spot, support, and scale ambitious founders in tech and defense.

This internship is a unique chance to see how early-stage VC and startup acceleration work from the inside.

Your responsibilities

1) Startup scouting & analysis

- Research defense & dual-use markets to identify emerging opportunities

- Source and qualify promising startups and founders across Europe

- Assess applications and share recommendations for selection

2) Cohort operations & support

- Help onboard and coordinate startups throughout the program

- Organize key rituals (weekly meetings, office hours, expert sessions)

- Ensure smooth collaboration between startups, experts, and partners and share key learnings

3) Ecosystem & events

- Contribute to organizing events and demo sessions

- Support communication and visibility of the program and its startups

Is that you?
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree of Business or Engineering school (available 6 months / starting January)
  • Previous experience in VC, consulting, or startup acceleration
  • Strong curiosity for tech, defense, and the European innovation ecosystem
  • Fast learner, proactive, and feedback-driven with an analytical mindset
  • Bonus: if you are comfortable with Excel, Notion, or automation tools (Zapier, etc.)
