Digital Designer (M/F) on a fixed-term contract.

At the heart of Nuxe's content strategy, the digital creation team plays a key role in the design and production of various formats (photo, video).

You will be fully involved in the development of digital campaigns at different stages: receiving briefs from marketing and social media/media teams, defining creative concepts, writing shooting/AI/3D briefs for service providers, overseeing and directing productions, providing post-production feedback, creating and delivering digital content.

You will also be responsible for creating content outside of campaigns on innovations and major productions, to respond to opportunities (social media trends, "brand" messages, for example).

Multi-channel Adaptations

The created content will then be adapted and deployed across all our digital touchpoints, particularly on social media. The goal: to ensure creative consistency while maximizing impact on each channel.

We are looking for a versatile creative profile who can creatively adapt and find solutions to meet the brand's needs.Key Skills:

  • Stay attuned to digital trends to propose impactful and innovative visuals, and continuously renew ideas to be a pioneer in creative concepts. A good knowledge of Instagram and TikTok is a must.
  • Be comfortable with Adobe Suite tools, particularly After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Possess a wide range of creative skills: Motion Design, Photography, Video Capture, AI (3D, illustration, etc., would be a plus). Be willing to learn these techniques if they are not yet fully mastered.
  • Work well in a team and adapt to various interlocutors. Be open to feedback and new ideas.
  • Prioritize simplicity, action, and task planning to achieve the expected results on various projects conducted simultaneously. You are used to managing multiple projects at once.
  • Be comfortable in English (minimum B2 level required).
