Dans le cadre de leur développement, ils recherchent leur futur HR Business Partner H/F afin de piloter et structurer la fonction RH dans sa globalité.

Vos missions si vous les acceptez :
  • Business Partnering & Stratégie : Accompagner la Direction et les managers sur les projets de transformation, en traduisant la stratégie business en politiques RH concrètes.
  • Accompagnement au Leadership : Développer la montée en compétences et l'autonomie des managers intermédiaires pour favoriser une culture de responsabilisation.
  • Conduite du Changement & M&A : Piloter l'harmonisation des pratiques RH dans un contexte d'internationalisation et de potentielles opérations de croissance externe.
  • Digitalisation & SIRH : Piloter l'optimisation et le déploiement d'un SIRH groupe structurant pour centraliser les entretiens, les compétences, le suivi des temps et les variables de paie.
  • Culture & Engagement : Redynamiser la vie de bureau et l'engagement des collaborateurs via des temps collectifs et une organisation du travail basée sur l'adhésion.
  • Stratégie de Recrutement & Marque Employeur : Redéfinir la stratégie d'acquisition de talents au niveau groupe et piloter les volumes de recrutement pour soutenir la croissance.
  • Coordination Internationale : Assurer le lien avec les filiales internationales sur les sujets de protection sociale et d'adaptation des politiques RH locales.
Exigences Et vous
  • Formation & Expérience : De formation supérieure en RH, vous justifiez d'un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience, impérativement acquise en environnement PME, startup ou scale-up.
  • Expertise Transformation : Vous avez déjà structuré une fonction RH ou accompagné une phase de forte croissance/transformation organisationnelle.
  • Dimension Internationale : Vous parlez un anglais professionnel courant, indispensable pour échanger avec les filiales étrangères.
  • Esprit "Doer" : Vous possédez un tempérament entrepreneurial, agile et "hands-on" ; vous savez passer de la stratégie à l'exécution terrain avec aisance.
  • Soft Skills : Proactivité, autonomie, transparence et capacité à évoluer dans des contextes ambigus sont vos meilleurs atouts.
