Rattaché(e) directement au Pricing Strategy Manager France,

  • Vous êtes responsable de la définition de la stratégie tarifaire (positionnement prix, distribution, construction des grilles et déclinaisons par canal) sur un périmètre de résidences dédié et en assurez la cohérence globale avec le positionnement de la marque.

  • Vous participez à la mise en place de la stratégie par la production de BDD tarifaires et au paramétrage du RMS, en support aux équipes Revenue Management.

  • Vous construisez des analyses macro et présentez des conclusions et pistes d'optimisation du résultat.

  • Vous êtes en constante interaction et en support aux Revenue Managers pour le suivi de la performance et en contact avec les équipes commerciales pour la mise en place de contrats clés.

  • Vous participez activement à l'évolution des outils et process métiers du service et en transverse avec les autres départements.

  • Vous contribuez à la mise en place de projets stratégiques et innovants tant sur le domaine du Revenue Management Pricing que sur la distribution multicanal.

Dans un esprit jeune, dynamique et orienté résultat, vous aurez comme objectifs l'atteinte du RevPar budgété sur votre périmètre et la production de livrables dans le respect des délais et de standard de qualité.

De formation Bac +5 / Master, vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux du Pricing et avez une 1ère expérience réussie dans le secteur de l'hébergement, du tourisme, du transport, du retail ou de la communication. Vous avez également une bonne compréhension des enjeux du Revenue Management dans les secteurs du tourisme et de l'hébergement.

Enthousiaste, innovant(e), rigoureux(se), fiable et autonome, votre aisance à manipuler les données, votre esprit d'analyse et de concision vous permettront de réussir dans cette fonction.

Témoignant d'un esprit d'équipe et d'ouverture, vous avez une aisance relationnelle et une force de conviction qui vous permet de collaborer avec vos différents partenaires au siège et dans les Opérations.

Une excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel avancé) et des présentations à différents niveaux hiérarchiques est indispensable.

Une bonne connaissance d'Access & vba et d'un outil de RMS est un plus.

Un anglais courant (écrit et oral) est vivement souhaité.
