Tu rejoindras l'équipe produit ILLUIN Dialogue, notre plateforme propriétaire d'orchestration d'assistants conversationnels et d'Agents IA, utilisée par des grands comptes pour révolutionner leurs interactions.

Le contexte

Nous ne cherchons pas juste un exécutant, mais un ingénieur "smart" capable de comprendre les enjeux complexes des Agents IA (mémoire, orchestration, latence). Tu travailleras au cœur du réacteur pour bâtir les nouvelles features de la plateforme.

Tes missions

Au sein de l'équipe produit, tes responsabilités seront variées :

  • Core Development (Back-end) : Concevoir et implémenter des architectures robustes en Spring Boot et Python. Tu devras gérer des problématiques de concurrence, de streaming de données et d'abstraction.

  • Front-end & UX : Développer les interfaces d'administration et de supervision des bots en Angular, en assurant une expérience fluide pour nos utilisateurs métier.

  • Intégration IA : Collaborer avec nos Data Scientists pour intégrer les derniers modèles de LLM et concevoir les logiques d'Agents autonomes au sein du produit.

  • DevOps & Qualité : Participer à l'infrastructure as code (Pulumi, Docker) et maintenir un haut niveau de qualité logicielle (Tests, CI/CD, Code Review).

Notre Stack Technique

  • Back : Java (Spring Boot), Python

  • Front : Angular, Typescript

  • Infra/Ops : Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi, GitLab CI

  • IA : Intégration API LLM (OpenAI, Azure, Mistral, etc.)

Ton profil

  • Solide background technique : Tu as une excellente maîtrise de Java/Spring Boot ou de Python, avec une appétence pour devenir Full Stack.

  • Architecte dans l'âme : Tu aimes le code propre, découplé et testable.

  • Curiosité IA : Tu t'intéresses aux concepts d'Agents, de RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) et tu comprends comment fonctionne un LLM sous le capot.

  • Esprit Produit : Tu ne codes pas pour coder, tu codes pour apporter de la valeur et résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière élégante.
