Contexte du poste:
Expert MCS is responsible to manage MCS (Maintain in Condition of Security) activities (incl. Lifecycle) and contributes to MCO (Maintain in Condition of Operation).

He works on delivery completion (Projects/Changes) with Infrastructure Architects and ensures prerequisite treatment to transfer to Run.

Principales missions:
Organize and manage of "Maintaining in Security Conditions" of Infrastructure (System & Network)

  • Secure Administration & Operations with the assistance of Center of services:

  • Administer servers and network equipment (Windows, Linux, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

  • Implement security best practices (hardening, GPOs, access control).
  • Manage security devices such as firewalls, Anti-phishing, VPNs, antivirus, and web filtering systems.

  • Manage & Monitor "BKP & Restore" process execution (done by CoS) and resolve backup issues with the support of Infrastructure Administrator

  • Plan, execute, and monitor system, data, and configuration backups.

  • Perform regular restoration tests to ensure effective disaster recovery (DRP/BCP).
  • Document and automate backup/restore procedures.

  • In collaboration with cyberteam and on the scope of infrastructure:

  • Follow up on security alerts and contribute to incident response.

  • Apply security patches and manage vulnerabilities proactively.

Contribute to "Maintaining in Operational Conditions" of Infrastructure (System & Network)

  • In collaboration with Infrastructure Administrator, resolve issues escalated by L2 to L3
  • Document solution in order to increase L2 autonomy
  • Manage Accesses for administration tasks

Change/Projects- Contribute to ISB projects with following responsibilities

  • to include solution in Lifecycle Process and ensure prerequisite implementation
  • to update BKP plan based on commissioning / decommissioning
  • to ensure the proper deployment of all cybersecurity tools and configuration
  • Lead projects & changes concerning Cyber Solutions & Processes

Documentation

  • Contribute to INFRA Assets inventory to ensure lifecycle follow-up
  • Ensure that all Infrastructure solutions are properly documented toward Lifecycle and Back-ups

  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes and an ITSM tool
  • Sensitivity/experience in Pharma and GMP Validation processes
