IS Manager

IS Business Analyst – Salesforce (Service Cloud & FSL) ABB Robotics
Are you passionate about bridging business needs with innovative IS solutions? Join our Robotics IS team as a Business Analyst and play a key role in shaping the future of Salesforce Service and Field Service Lightning (FSL) applications. In this role, you will collaborate across global teams to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions that drive operational excellence.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform business analysis to support decisions for new enhanced solutions by translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Create functional and non-functional documentation including user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze and document business processes, propose improvements, and assess system impacts including data model and flow adjustments
  • Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and application suppliers to ensure shared understanding and solution clarity
  • Support testing, training, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of IS solutions

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will work closely with Business Process Owners, IS Managers, Solution Architects, and Development and QA teams. You will navigate the challenges of distributed, multicultural teams and adapt solutions to meet both global and local business needs. Your ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and manage multiple processes will be key to your success.

The position is global. The preferred locations are Poland, Sweden, Italy, Hungary, Spain, Czech Republic, and India.

Your background

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a business, system, functional, or data analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and SFDC configuration
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into IS capabilities and influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management using Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Vision
