Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our Valuation Risk – Rates, FX& Inflation team within the Market Risk department who is looking for a Valuation Risk Analyst for an internship of 6 mes starting on January 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

  • Make an inventory of all Valuation Risk processes requiring manual code executions (essentially python);
  • Become familiar with these existing processes by taking into account the documentation and code already in place;
  • Be a driving force for the implementation of solutions aimed at automating the valuation risk management chain (IPV, reserve calculation, observability and backtesting)
  • Implement these tools across the entire perimeter of exotic interest rate products (CMS Spread Options, Bermudan Accreters, CMS swaps, ...) and currency exchange;
  • Document the different stages of the project as well as a modus operandi.

As a Valuation Risk Analyst, you participate in the implementation and maintenance of the valuation risk control framework within the bank. As such, you are required to interact with other services within Market Risk (Trading, P&L,, Finance, Econometrics, Data Quality, )

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the Bac+5 level, you are preparing a university degree, from an engineering school, with a specialization in market finance/programming/mathematics. You have knowledge in pricing models, parameters and basic products, sensitivities.

You master office tools (Excel, Word) and at least a programming language (preferably Python).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen.

You are rigorous dynamic and attentive to details.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
