About the mission we offer you:

 The Global QHSES Information Systems Officer assists the Global QHSES Information Systems Manager to supports the digital tools that are sustaining the QHSES processes.

The Global QHSES Information Systems Officer will assist the Global QHSES Information Systems Manager for: 

• the development and maintenance of the Global QHSES digital tools within T.EN
• the development and maintenance of Quality, HSE and Security BI dashboards
• the promotion of Global QHSES digital tools across T.EN
• the support of Local Administrators and Global & Local Leads of QHSES digital tool networks
• the escalation of issues to and collaboration for resolution with Digiteam. 

He/she will support on demand the Global QHSES Information System Manager in above activities including close engagement with Digiteam, MDM, BI team, HSE, Quality and Security business stakeholders (and potentially other business stakeholders depending on the scope of each digital tool) to sustain Global QHSES digital tools optimal execution.

Starting Date: Early January 2026

Duration : 6 months

Must have: 

• Good IT technical knowledge in architecture and application development
• Highly skilled in BI design and development
• Excellent oral presentation and written and oral communication skills.
• Good project management background including data management, User Acceptance Tests, training organization, final users onboarding and change management activities. 
• Solution oriented, quality minded and proactive approach on all issues
• Fluent English speaker

Nice to have: 

• Experience in international software roll-out and management
• Project Management skills
• Professional experience in QHSES
