YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Tech Lead to drive the architectural definition, design, and execution of complex digital systems. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital product development, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering the growth of our digital design team.

More specifically, you will:

  • Collaborates with the system architect to optimize and clarify system architecture definition towards digital.
  • Supports the digital architecture decisions based on effort, cost and complexity criteria.
  • Decides on the reuse versus Buy versus make and select third party IPs.
  • Leads digital design team by providing guidance to achieve objectives and progress in the position.
  • Be responsible of the quality and the timing of the digital deliverables across several projects.
  • Develops complex and critical digital designs.
  • Acts as digital representative on multi domain activities including different domains such as SW, Analog or test.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong background in digital design & verification.
  • Experience in leading of complex digital project.
  • Proven team coaching & mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional analysis and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience with automotive quality standards and ISO 26262.
