Responsibilities:
Drilling Execution

  • Carry out drilling and sampling operations according to the workshop supervisor's instructions.
  • Ensure the setup and installation of drilling machines.
  • Participate in the positioning of drill sites in accordance with plans provided by the geology team.

Safety and Environment

  • Comply with and apply safety rules on site.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and order at the drilling site.
  • Ensure environmental protection during operations.

Maintenance and Logistic

  • Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
  • Handle transfer and preparation of equipment between different sites.
  • Report any anomaly or breakdown to the supervisor.

Reporting & communication

  • Contribute to site reports.
  • Pass on technical information and observations to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Maintenance and diagnostics: Mechanical background with the ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and identify breakdowns.
  • Ability to read simple plans and understand technical instructions.
  • Application of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards on site.
  • Ability to perform logistical tasks (transfer, installation, storage of equipment).
  • Adaptability: ability to work in varied, sometimes isolated or demanding environments.

About you:

  • Mechanical knowledge required.
  • Rigor and attention to detail in task execution.
  • Vigilance and commitment to safety.
  • Adaptability to varied working conditions (isolated sites, flexible hours).
  • Driver's license B required.
  • Licenses EB – C + CACES appreciated.
  • Permis EB - C + Caces appréciés
