Are you ready to take on a challenging role at the heart of a global group in transformation? Join us as a Lawyer specialized in Business Law, contributing to strategic projects while helping drive legal excellence and ethical leadership across our organization.

About the Role

As part of the Trust & Ethics Direction, you will play a vital role in ensuring the legal and compliance framework of our commercial and industrial activities worldwide, in close collaborations with our local lawyers (headquarters and subsidiaries).

This position offers an exciting opportunity to support a team undergoing transformation, take on unique challenges, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to commercial and industrial operational teams.
• Negotiate, draft and review diverse agreements (e.g., distribution contracts, industrial supply agreements, CAPEX contracts, raw material purchases, subcontractor agreements) internationally. 
• Ensure the proper execution of contracts and the alignment of client/supplier relationships, including reviewing terms & conditions, formalizing negotiations, and monitoring disputes.
• Work autonomously and/or in collaboration with business teams, ensuring the legal security and operational feasibility of transactions.
• Support the negotiation and contractual structuring of strategic partnerships, particularly in innovation-related matters, ensuring legal robustness and alignment with the company's business objectives.
• Contribute to the dissemination of legal culture within the Group (trainings, guides…)
• Actively participate in the digital transformation of the legal function (contract management systems, automated contract tools,…)

Your Profile

Education & Experience

• Advanced degree in International Business Law and/or International Contract Law (Master's/LLM or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of legal experience within the legal department of an international corporation or a law firm, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Expertise in competition law is a strong asset.

• Proven business acumen and demonstrated experience navigating a broad range of legal issues in distribution, procurement, industrial operations, and environmental contexts.
• Strong ability to identify legal risks and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

• Collaborative team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.
• Strong interest in digital and innovation topics

• Writing skills for significant and diverse contractual activities
• Ability to adapt to a wide variety of topics

Languages

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
