Elkemist Guest Procurement Lead (In-House)

Satopia is hiring an
Elkemist Guest Procurement Lead
to support guest participation and philanthropic engagement for Elkemist 2026.

Satopia Travel is a Paris-based experiences company and cultural platform serving a global ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.

We design and deliver highly curated journeys, hosted experiences and cultural gatherings worldwide, often in collaboration with leading creatives, cultural figures and foundations. Alongside travel, Satopia produces Elkemist, our philanthropic and cultural gathering series.

This role is responsible for securing aligned guests and donors for Elkemist, guiding them through the experience, and supporting their understanding of Elkemist's purpose, values and foundation partnerships. It is a
relationship-led role
, operating at the highest level of discretion and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify prospective Elkemist guests and donors
  • Lead high-trust conversations around participation and contribution
  • Guide guests through the Elkemist experience, values and philanthropic partnerships
  • Convert aligned interest into confirmed participation
  • Manage guest relationships end-to-end, from first engagement to post-event follow-up
  • Work closely with leadership and foundation partners to ensure alignment and integrity
  • Maintain exceptional standards of discretion, clarity and care

About You

  • Proven experience in
    philanthropic engagement, donor relations, high-trust sales or fundraising
  • Existing relationships within philanthropic, UHNW or impact-led networks
  • Comfortable managing conversations involving significant financial commitment
  • Calm, credible and emotionally intelligent communicator
  • High personal standards and strong sense of integrity
  • Able to represent purpose, impact and contribution with clarity and confidence

Compensation

This role is
commission and bonus based
, structured to reward successful guest procurement and long-term relationship stewardship.
