• Managing supplier purchase orders from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinating with logistics, order fulfillment, and cross‑functional teams to secure on‑time delivery of vended finished goods.
• Communicating with suppliers across multiple regions to address delays, request updates, and resolve first‑level issues.
• Monitoring supplier performance, including delivery timelines and responsiveness, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Optimizing procurement processes by proposing improvements to delivery modes, packaging, and workflows.
• Supporting inventory‑related activities to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  Collaborating closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations and provide backup when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply management, operations management, or a related field (a master's degree considered a plus).
• Experience working with an ERP system and comfort performing frequent computer‑based, transactional tasks (prior SAP experience helpful but not required).
• Understanding supply chain concepts, including supplier–customer relationships and end‑to‑end processes.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  Proficiency in French and English, with additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Italian considered a plus but not required.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian).
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems beyond basic user comfort.
• Interest in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to stay composed under pressure, manage stress, and maintain a solution‑oriented mindset.
  Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and comfort collaborating within a team environment.
