Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You join the Finance team as an ALM Manager, starting from January 2026.

This mission will allow you to discover the functioning of a transversal financial department in the banking environment, for the BPCE Equipment Solutions business line.

Within the finance team of BPCE ES, on a human scale, you will be required to participate in the life of the team and assist the entities in their ALM (Assets & Liabilities Management). This transversal mission requires interactions with many interlocutors.

Concretely, you will be led to:

  • Participate in the production of ALM metrics;
  • Analyze the evolution of rate positions, of exchange and liquidity of BPCE ES entities;
  • Contribute to the evolution of the ALM tool;
  • Assist BPCE ES entities in their ALM management.

You are a Master 2 student in the field of finance and looking for a 6-month internship, starting from January 2026.

You want to evolve in a dynamic environment full of challenges.

To succeed in your missions, you have the following skills:

  • Rigor and reliability;
  • Efficiency, results orientation and proactivity;
  • Analysis and synthesis capabilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and sense of service;
  • Very good command of oral and written English (international environment);
  • Mastery of office tools Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
