Your Role
-Provide professional support to Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
-Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward effective solutions
-Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
What You Bring
-Turkish language skills at C2 level
-English language skills at B2 level or higher
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Adaptability and team spirit in a multicultural environment
-Previous customer service experience is a plus
Must have one of the following:
-EU citizenship
- Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit card
