Cloud Solution Architect – Healthcare Engagement

Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians who are designing, developing and deploying next-generation healthcare solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud for healthcare organizations around the world.

As an Engagement Consultant, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions that is working to empower clinicians to achieve more with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots. The ideal candidate will be excited about waking up every morning to apply their skills in change management, project management, consulting, executive relationships, problem solving to implementing new technologies and experiences centered around driving positive healthcare outcomes.

We are looking for passionate people with experiences with problem solving, leading technology decisions, formal presentation delivery, negotiation and planning efforts coordination that align with customer needs and drive consumption.

• Leading technology decisions as a trusted advisor to align requirements with the business vision and collaborating with customer success account managers.
• Coordinating planning efforts to meet customer needs and drive consumption of Microsoft products.
• Reviewing customer feedback to improve satisfaction and engagement with stakeholders.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending technical solutions, serving as an escalation resource for other consultants.
• Advocating for labor standards and documenting labor activities for operational excellence.
• Updating technical and professional skills and continuously learning new technology.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience. Additionally, 2+ years of experience with relevant technologies such as cloud, infrastructure, and the Microsoft platform are needed. Knowledge of the Healthcare industry is a plus.

English Language Proficiency.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience OR 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience, along with 3+ years of experience with relevant technologies

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
