DevSecOps Engineer – focused on "Monitoring & Platform Reliability"

Reports to: Product Owner – DevSecOps Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a
DevSecOps Engineer
to join our Global DevSecOps Platform team. You will contribute to the design, development, and operation of a global platform supporting our development, security, and operations ecosystems.

Your primary focus will be on
observability, monitoring, and reliability
, ensuring our applications and pipelines are performant, secure, and resilient across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain
    end-to-end monitoring and alerting solutions
    using tools such as
    Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, PagerDuty, SolarWinds, and Loggly
    .
  • Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor platform health, CI/CD pipelines, and application performance.
  • Automate the deployment and configuration of monitoring agents and integrations across diverse environments (containers, VMs, serverless).
  • Collaborate with Product owners, developers, cloud engineers, and security teams
  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews.
  • Enhance
    DevSecOps best practices
    related to
    security scanning, code quality, and compliance
    .
  • Participate in
    platform lifecycle management
    – upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement.

Terraform, Docker Hub, AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP, PKI

Development & API Management:

Postman, Swagger Hub, MyGet, Packagist, Syncfusion, nSoftware

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering
  • Solid experience with
    monitoring, alerting, and observability
    tools.
  • Good understanding of
    security and compliance principles
    in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across infrastructure, application, and network layers.
  • Experience in
    incident response
    and performance tuning.
  • Strong experience with managing public and private certificates
    , including SSL/TLS lifecycle, PKI, and automated certificate renewal.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a distributed, multicultural environment.
