The platform unifies Mobile Device Management (MDM), SaaS Management, and Global Procurement into a single, intuitive product—helping teams automate tedious IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity posture, and manage devices, licenses, and hardware seamlessly from one place.
We are looking for a Site Reliability / Platform Engineer to strengthen the reliability, automation, and scalability of a platform used by thousands of devices and users.
In this role, you will:
Improve platform reliability through automation, monitoring, and best-in-class incident practices.
Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (IaC, networking, workloads).
Develop internal tooling and platform components enabling developers to ship faster and safer.
Ensure availability, performance, observability, and security across all services.
Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team to design resilient architectures.
Profile:
Engineer's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering / infrastructure.
3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering roles.
Strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking, containers, and best reliability practices.
Experience in startups/scaleups or fast-paced engineering environments.
Excellent communication skills, fluent both English and French.
