We are expanding our presence in
France
and are looking for a results-oriented
Sales Manager
to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and represent our brand in one of Europe's most dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the France region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and distributors
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity
- Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
- Report performance results and market insights to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in a
Sales Manager
or similar role within the
HVAC or technical sector - Strong background in
B2B sales and business development - Fluency in French and English
(written and spoken) – essential - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel within France and occasionally abroad
