We are expanding our presence in
France
and are looking for a results-oriented
Sales Manager
to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and represent our brand in one of Europe's most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the France region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and distributors
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity
  • Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
  • Report performance results and market insights to senior management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a
    Sales Manager
    or similar role within the
    HVAC or technical sector
  • Strong background in
    B2B sales and business development
  • Fluency in French and English
    (written and spoken) – essential
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel within France and occasionally abroad
