About the roleAt Cozycozy, we're building the world's best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. As Head of Product, you'll report directly to the CEO, you'll shape our product vision, execute across a fast-evolving roadmap, understand the market and our users' needs, while identifying the most valuable product evolutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who can zoom out to roadmap and zoom in to wireframes. Your creativity and insights will help us stay ahead in the industry.

Your role will be structured across 3 key areas: Product Strategy & Vision, Product Development & Collaboration and Performance Monitoring & Improvement. You'll be a bridge between Product and the wider organization, working closely with our teams ensuring that every decision is informed by data and aligned with our strategic goals.
The position is an onsite role based in our office in central Paris
Your missionProduct Strategy & Vision
- Stay informed about industry trends to keep up to date with developments in the travel industry and online marketplaces.
- Understand market and customer needs, study competitors, and spot differentiation opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis and leverage travel industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Develop and execute product strategy by crafting a clear vision and actionable roadmap.
- Prioritize product features that bring the most value to users and the company.
Product Development & Collaboration
- Craft detailed functional specifications of features, considering user experience and design. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the sales & marketing, design, project managers, and software development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Coordinate sprint planning and ensure delivery stays aligned with roadmap priorities.
- Bring cross-functional teams together in workshops to tap into shared knowledge and evolve product features.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement
- Develop and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure impact and optimize performance.
- Conduct A/B tests to validate features and enhancements, making data-driven decisions.
- Ensure features meet usability and quality standards.
- Analyze user feedback to make informed decisions.
- Adjust strategies as needed based on performance data and user insights.
- You have a deep passion for travel and solving traveler pain points (an experience in the travel/tourism tech space is a plus)
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Design, Engineering or a related field.
- You have a track record of shipping consumer-facing features that drive growth, engagement, or monetization.
- You have 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or ownership role.
- You are fluent in English (written & spoken). French is a strong plus.
- You possess a deep understanding of user-centered design, experimentation (A/B testing), and agile delivery.
- You have sensitivity to user experience design and customer experience optimization.
- You have the ability to clearly explain product concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as see the full picture (market, customer, infra, and GTM) and translate ideas into clear priorities.
- You have an entrepreneurial, product & commercial mindset with bias for action and strong ownership mentality.
- You are comfortable in fast paced environments, able to deliver accurate and timely results on close deadlines.
You'll operate in a key role in the development of a fast-growing travel-tech startup.
