Start date: As soon as possible

Division: Robotics & Discrete Automation

Reporting to: France Division Controller

Main mission:
Support the management and monitoring of customer and supplier orders, from entry to invoicing, ensuring coordination between internal and external teams, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.

  • Enter and update orders in the ERP system (SAP), in collaboration with project managers and sales teams.
  • Verify data: pricing, schedules, payment terms, VAT, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, purchasing, logistics) and external partners (factories, suppliers, customers).
  • Monitor deliveries, invoicing, payment reminders, and credit note management.
  • Manage customer accounts: creation, updates, and verification in systems.
  • Analyze statistics and produce internal reports (e.g., robot statistics).

Profile sought:

  • Education level Bac +2/+3 (e.g., Technical Assistant for Engineers or SME Management).
  • Experience or strong interest in technical and commercial environments.
  • Proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel) and ERP SAP.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Personal qualities: rigor, organization, service-oriented, initiative, versatility.
