WHY WE NEED YOU ?

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Data & Web Cloud team to support the development of our NoSQL Databases offering (Redis, Mongo DB).

Your mission will be to serve as a Product Manager in order to define the product strategy, drive execution, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality NoSQL database services to our cloud ecosystem.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of Data & Web Cloud team with the challenging mission to enable European customers build sovereign data architecture. You will also collaborate with the squad dedicated to building and managing NoSQL database products, working closely with engineering and design to provide scalable and reliable managed data solutions.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for NoSQL Databases.

- Work closely with all your squad members to prioritize backlog based on user needs and business impact, and drive the development and launch of features.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of product milestones.

- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product requirements.

- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the NoSQL and managed database landscape.

- Analyze product performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.

- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS:

- Proven experience in Product Management 

- Good knowledge on Data architectures and strong understanding of NoSQL databases and managed cloud services.

- Good overall knowledge of the Cloud market

- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear user stories and product specifications.

- Experience with data analysis and product performance tracking.

- Experience as a user in deploying and operating resources on the Cloud.

- Fluent in both English and French.

SOFT SKILLS:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Empathy for technical audiences towards a better Developer Experience (DX)

- Customer-centric approach to product development.

- Collaborative spirit with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technical environment.
