The Computational Biology service provider
with a strong specialization in
in silico protein engineering
, focused on adapting and applying antibody optimization techniques previously developed internally to ongoing research projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement antibody property optimization techniques in new research contexts and projects, within the framework of
in silico protein engineering - Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to refine methodologies and code according to specific project requirements
- Prepare scientific and technical analysis reports and present results to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update technical and scientific documentation related to ongoing projects
- Participate in project-oriented discussions and contribute to decision-making related to biological entity optimization
Contribute to the existing
biologics optimization research codebase (Git)
by:Reusing, maintaining, and extending existing Python-based pipelines
- Proposing improvements to current methodologies, including the integration of newly published approaches
- Documenting all new deliverables and ensuring reproducibility and knowledge sharing
Tracking and reporting activities regularly using a shared Kanban board
Collaborate with other computational and scientific experts within the team, as well as with international research organizations
Requirements
About You

- Experience:
Experienced in silico protein engineering, antibody optimization, or AI-driven protein evolution applied to drug discovery or biomedical research. Proven ability to adapt existing methodologies and codebases to project-specific needs and to implement incremental innovation. - Skills:
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with hands-on experience in collaborative workflows (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Kanban). Strong background in machine learning and AI applied to biological data. Familiarity with large-scale computational pipelines and cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), with GCP as a plus. Knowledge of protein language models, folding models, and physics-based modeling approaches. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization. - Education:
PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related discipline. - Languages:
Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
