Do you like taking on challenges and making a difference? We're looking for an Application Delivery Manager to spearhead strategic and concrete initiatives in our Savings and Investments Department, which is part of the Personal Services and Development Framework Digital Solutions Administrative Department. Our department's mandate is to meet the needs of Desjardins members and prospects by offering tailored, modern and user-friendly digital solutions on AccèsD. You'll help Desjardins onboard new members thanks to our self-service customer journey, the ability to open savings accounts and manage savings independently, and our personalized advice and financial management services for members and clients. You'll be responsible for coordinating and monitoring several projects at the same time, while ensuring they're delivered according to quality standards and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, initiative and an excellent ability to work as a team. Every project in our department is an opportunity to put your skills first. If you're self-sufficient, proactive and love working in solution mode, this position is for you More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Plan deliverables for the application and technology component. Estimate project costs, taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects.

  • Supervise and coordinate internal contributors involved in application and tech delivery. Ensure team performance and quality control and identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures.

  • Coordinate all deliverables for the application and technology component to ensure that business objectives and priorities are met and that agreements, budgets and timelines are respected. Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms. Analyze risks and impacts for projects and develop strategies to address them to manage application and technological risk levels.

  • Work with the project manager to manage change requests, solution testing and strategies for the application component.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in IT

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required

  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
