R&D Project Leader

We are seeking an R&D Project Leader to manage small to medium-scale, cross-functional projects within our R&D team at Le Pont-de-Claix. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of product development projects, while ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects from concept through completion, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop product requirements, risk management plans, and comprehensive project schedules.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Adapt methodologies and tools to enhance project outcomes and streamline execution.

About You:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in R&D project management within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management standards and tools.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with financial tools such as IRR, NPV, and ROI.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Salary range: from 44 000€ to 55 000€
