LVMH Beauty Tech is the dedicated Tech team serving LVMH's Beauty Division (30,000+ employees). Our global organization comprises over 400 professionals in 27 countries, building, operating, and supporting solutions that deliver value to each of the Division's 15 Maisons, such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, and Fenty Beauty. We empower the Maisons with innovative technical solutions, supporting their transformations by leveraging core models and shared solutions while respecting their unique needs.
As part of a temporary replacement, LVMH Beauty Tech is seeking a Human Resources Manager for 8 months temporary contract between mid-January and mid-September . Job responsibilitiesReporting to the Global HR Director of LVMH Beauty Tech, you will be a key member of a team of five, playing a strategic and operational role encompassing four core missions:
- HR Business Partner (HQ): HRBP for 2 departments (Operations & Manufacturing and Digital, Omnichannel & Client).
- Advise leaders and managers on organization design, HR processes, and employee journeys.
Support pulse surveys, career planning, and people development initiatives.
Head of Talent Acquisition (HQ):
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for permanent roles.
Ensure quality, anticipation of needs, and seamless candidate experience.
Mobility Lead (Global):
- Drive and facilitate outbound mobility processes in coordination with Group and Maisons' HR teams.
Ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with LVMH's culture of development and mobility.
Performance Management (RISE) & HRIS Data Quality (HQ):
- Steer the annual performance campaign and tool management in partnership with Group and Division HR, and with regional HRBPs.
- As such, ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of HR data across systems, with a data focus at HQ level.
With a Master's degree (Bac +5) and a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, you bring strong HR expertise and possess the following attributes:
- Autonomy and proactivity

- Listening skills and empathy
- Basic working knowledge of French employment law principles and related best practices
- Analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English
This position is offered as a 8-months temporary contract (CDD) and is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR MAISONChristian Dior described himself as a fashion and perfume designer. The current-day trustees of this legendary expertise – Francis Kurkdjian, Perfume Creation Director, and Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup – are the heirs to Christian Dior's perfectionism. The worldwide renown of the House's creations is partly down to its seductive muses, including Charlize Theron, Natalie Portman and Robert Pattinson.
