The Company
A scaling MedTech innovator with EU/US presence, developing electronic systems with applications. Multiple programmes are moving from development into commercialisation, requiring a mid-level marketing project manager to drive launch execution at pace.
The Opportunity
Own and deliver EU commercialisation for priority products. This is a hands-on leadership role for a doer who can step in and run the plan.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Support with the coordination of clinical studies (site selection & start-up, timelines, vendor/CRO interface).
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, RA/QA, Clinical, Ops); drive stand-ups, trackers, RAID logs, stage-gate/NPI.
- Maintain clear milestones, KPIs, and executive reporting; unblock issues rapidly.
Requirements
- Role: Marketing Project Manager with proven EU Medical Device experience (Class II or comparable).
- Experience: 7–10+ years in marketing or project management medical devices
- Strong stakeholder management and crisp communication at exec level.
Language:
English essential; French a plus.
Availability:
Able to work hybrid in Lyon (2-3 days/week) for the contract duration (flexible working)
