Role Description

We are seeking a Leadership Development Consultant for a part-time role based in France or Switzerland with full work-from-home flexibility. The consultant will be responsible for designing 360 feedback programs, conducting executive coaching sessions, facilitating training workshops, and providing consultation to clients on leadership and employee engagement strategies. The role also involves analyzing feedback data and using it to develop actionable recommendations that drive organizational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Coaching and Coaching, with a proven ability to guide and support clients in achieving their leadership potential.
  • Experience in Leadership Development and Training, including designing and implementing projects that build management competencies like 360 Feedback.
  • Expertise in Consulting, with the ability to analyze business needs and provide strategic, actionable insights to enhance performance. A past experience in analysing Engagement survey results is a definitive asset.
  • Experience in delivering consulting to large companies executive comittees
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and deliver impactful projects.
  • Proven ability to interpret feedback and translate it into meaningful strategies for leadership and organizational development.
  • Background in psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong appetite for new technologies including AI. Deep understanding of the impact on consulting business as well as on our clients.
  • Fluency in French and English is required, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
