YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As the Global Internal Control and Internal Audit Director, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and improving CELINE's operations. You will support the organization in proactively identifying and preventing risks across our global footprint.
This role offers significant international exposure, collaborating with key leaders and teams across the company on critical challenges. You will contribute to a young, fast-paced, and innovative environment within a successful, diverse, and ethical organization (LVMH).
Job Responsibilities
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
You will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:
- Strategic Leadership: Define, activate, animate, and lead a comprehensive Global Audit Plan covering Retail, Logistics, Construction projects, Industrial operations, and suppliers. Conduct investigations as required.
- Team & Global Structure Management: Lead and mentor brilliant teams in Paris and Italy. Co-pilot regional Internal Audit and Control teams in New York, Shanghai, Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai, and London, in collaboration with LVMH Fashion Group HQ, CFOs, and other Fashion Group Sister Brands' Internal Audit and Control teams to oversee overseas retail operations and LVMH Compliance assessment (ERICA).
- Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee the LVMH Compliance Audit Program (ERICA), ensuring effective global performance, consolidating results, and presenting findings to key HQ and regional stakeholders. Perform and share effective Global Risk Assessments.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with various departments at HQ and subsidiary levels. Support the development of clear, effective, and well-communicated Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible Supply Chain Oversight: Co-pilot Devoir de Vigilance actions, including coordinating an Industrial Risk & Internal Audit unit in Italy, reporting directly to this role.
- Follow-Up & Reporting: Conduct regular follow-ups at HQ and Regional levels, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions. Provide quarterly reports to key regional and HQ stakeholders, detailing progress and future roadmaps.
- Value Creation Reporting: Present quarterly reports to the CEO, CODIR, and key stakeholders, showcasing the value generated through audits, improvement projects, and prevention initiatives.
Profile
KEY FOR SUCCESS Education: Master's Degree required (ACCA/CPA or MBA is a plus). Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Audit and/or Internal Control. Audit experience (ideally with Big Four standards). Experience in the Retail industry or entrepreneurial environments is a plus. Competencies: Orientation towards leveraging modern and digital solutions to empower the organization to achieve more, better, with less. Maker attitude is a plus. Team and business partner-oriented; eager to share and collaborate within the Internal Audit and Internal Control community, capitalizing on #collectiveintelligence. Committed to people development, demonstrating a strong team spirit and coaching attitude to foster talent growth within and beyond the team. Possesses optimism, curiosity, and humility. Ability to meet deadlines with precision. Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in modern communication tools. Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint as well as the usage of Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) (a plus).
