We are seeking a
Subsea Pipeline Design Engineer
to strengthen our team dedicated to subsea engineering, primarily within the international
Oil & Gas
sector. You will play a key role in the design, analysis, and technical management of subsea pipelines, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, high-quality deliverables, and the optimization of technical solutions for large-scale offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee subsea pipeline design studies, including sizing, routing, modeling, stress and stability analyses, and flexibility studies.
  • Participate in the preparation and validation of technical documentation such as calculation notes, drawings, P&IDs, technical specifications, and analysis reports.
  • Act as a technical interface with other engineering disciplines (structural, instrumentation, electrical, process) as well as with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the management and follow-up of project deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    Master's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of
    5 years' experience
    in subsea pipeline design, subsea projects, or offshore Oil & Gas engineering (EPCI / FEED / detailed engineering).
  • Proven experience as a
    rigid subsea pipeline design engineer
    , with recent and relevant exposure in this field.
  • Familiarity with key
    in-place pipeline design activities
    , including sizing, stability analysis, finite element analyses for lateral buckling and pipeline walking.
  • The engineer will join a dedicated team responsible for
    in-place design of subsea flowlines
    for both project execution and tender activities.
  • Strong proficiency in Abaqus
    is required.
