Budget: 50-70k€ (Annuel)Hardware Design Engineer – HPC – 2184Contract typePermanentLocationParis area (France)Reference2184ContactThe recruiting companyOur client is a French fabless semiconductor company developing AI accelerator solutions for data center and edge platforms, with a strong focus on server-class hardware reference designs.Key points of the positionAs a Hardware Design Engineer, you will contribute to the development of complex, high layer-count electronic boards integrating AI accelerator chipsets.Your Missions Will IncludeParticipating in the definition of electronic board architectures, including power management and PDN conceptsDesigning schematics and selecting components for high-density, multilayer PCB designs (typically more than 16 layers)Supporting and reviewing PCB layout activities, including stack-up definition and high-speed routing constraintsContributing to Power Integrity and Signal Integrity simulationsPerforming board bring-up, debugging, and electronic validation in the labSupporting the development of server-class reference boardsNecessary SkillsMaster's degree in electrical engineering or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in hardware design and electronic developmentExperience with schematic capture and complex multilayer PCB designs (often >16 layers)Hands-on experience with board bring-up and lab debuggingInterest or initial exposure to high-speed interfaces, PDN design, SI/PI analysis is a plusFluent English is mandatorySalary50k-70k euros gross annual (depending on experience)About RHESO.TECH A Specialized Recruitment Agency
