Requirements

  • Function knowledge and able to communicate with business on requirement gatherings , Writing functional specifications , Verify and validate technical specifications
  • Operation support entire SDLC lifecycle including Level 2 and Level 3 production support
  • Assist with production deployments and test in the production environment
  • Awareness about Incident Management, Problem management, ,ITIL certified, change management and release management
  • Domain : Telecom Service
  • Methodologies : SAFE Agile, ITSM
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, GitLab, CI-CD build & deployment pipeline, Code Security Tools Sonar Cube,Checkmar
  • Technologies worked on / exposure : Java, SpringBoot, JPA, Angular, PL/SQL, SOAP & REST API, PERL, HTML, HTML + Scripting, JavaScript
  • Good communication skills, continuous improvement mindset, team management with good interpersonal skills
  • French fluent and English speaking
